- We offer a 1 Year warranty on all physical products, from the date of despatch from our warehouse.
- All drawings, data sheets and technical specifications are given in good faith and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.
- Specifications and dimensions are subject to change without notice.
- Errors and omissions in quotations are excepted.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment terms are confirmed separately.
- Any goods returned for credit must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Any refund given shall be subject to a handling fee of no more than 5% of the value of the goods, minus the outbound freight and packaging.
- No products can be returned without prior acceptance and the issuing of an inbound returns note, with the delivery point address and contact details.
- In the event of a warranty claim, the claims process will be started by the issuing of a claim form by e-mail. No products can be returned without an inbound returns note; which will confirm the delivery point address and contact details. All goods returned under warranty are at the customer’s cost.
- We do not accept liability for consequential or subsequential losses.
- We do not accept liability for any damages, injuries or losses due to incorrect use of any product supplied.
- All transactions are made subject to our conditions of sale and are governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
